British Invasion ll

Jared flies in from Britain to fish for Stripers. The way he tells it, the Brits really don’t celebrate the holiday! So, the high powered finance company that he works for allows the brief vacation begrudgingly, I assume.  No matter. His old work buddy Owen flew in from Florida, and we met at Provincetown harbor for the departure. Last year, Jared and his work buddies had a blast catching Stripers out at the High Flyer at Race Point using live Mackerel. He must tell a good story, because this year we had to muster up two boats. They added more family this trip.  So, we put together a custom two boat charter for the 9 of them. The good natured banter between the boats was fun. Our boat caught the first, the other boat the largest and in between all the ribbing and bragging, memories were made and stories developed that I’m sure will be repeated many times before next years 4th of July weekend fishing trip.  Something tells me we will need another boat!
